Trauma-Informed Healing Support Groups
We offer tailored support groups called "LOVE is ME" facilitated by master level clinicians with live experience and trained volunteers, providing survivors with a safe space to share their experiences, gain coping skills, and connect with peers who understand their journey. This is a 6 week curriculum tailored to each population and age range. Can be tailored to individual sessions depending on survivor and their needs.

Legacy of Change Inc. offers a powerful training series designed to educate professionals and community members on the intersections and distinctions between sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking. This trauma-informed program equips participants with the tools to identify, respond to, and support survivors while breaking down myths and stigma. Through interactive workshops, survivor stories, and resource-building, we empower communities to take action and build a more compassionate, informed, and safe environment for all.

We are committed to building a supportive community, or "village," for our clients after they complete their support groups, ensuring they possess the essential tools to thrive.
